We often discuss fiber as if it were a single substance, 

there are actually two types

Soluble and insoluble

according to Barbara Harland, Ph.D., professor of nutrition at Howard University in Washington, D.C. 

“Most plant foods contain both types, although they usually

have more of one kind than the other”

For example, Apples contain mainly soluble fiber, while grains

contain more of the insoluble kind.

While both types of fiber pass through the intestine without being absorbed, that's where the similarity ends.

They act in totally different ways inside the body, and,

as a result, they help protect against different conditions,

Dr. Harland says. If you have high cholesterol, for example,

your doctor may advise you to get slightly more soluble fiber

in your diet, which can help lower the amounts of this

dangerous substance in your bloodstream. 

People with a family history of colon cancer,

however, may want to get more of the insoluble kind,

which helps eliminate toxins and cholesterol from

the intestinal tract before they can cause problems.

How can fiber fight body fat ?

Although they act in different ways, soluble and insoluble fibers do
combine their talents in the one area that many Americans need
them most: losing weight. 

Fiber is an incredibly powerful tool for controlling weight.
Since foods that are high in fiber are very filling, you'll naturally
eat a little less. 
Plus, when you're eating more fiber-rich foods,
you'll automatically eat less of other, fattier foods. 
"A very important way to lose weight and keep it off is to
eat more fiber," Dr. Harland says.

Change is a nature. Its law in this world, nothing is stable here. Everything have an expiry date. But most of people we don’t like changes. But trust me Change is always good it’s just the way how you are taking your change circumstances. Some people take it with positive over welcoming attitude but some are very negative towards changes.


When we stay in same condition then we find it very comfortable. Comfort zone is always better for the people who don’t want to move in life. But if you need to be successful in life then you have to accept change as a positive mode in your life. Face the challenges that comes to you with great courage.

It is well known fact that everything is happening due to some reason. Reason can be good or bad for you.  According to how you face it.  So it’s very imperative to think positive always. Being positive and have patience what nature doing for you its BEST in life. In most cases, starting is always we don’t like. But when we use to we can again find our comfort zone. 

Give a try and have belief in God. God will give you everything you want. Good things always come late. God will give you on time. We humans think we need this thing now but God knows when we need it. On the time we need something urgent Nature will give us. So leave all worries, Trust in God. God will give you everything you want but on its own time. 

If you worry about anything just take a big relief and let that thing happens. If you leave it on Time, then you will see its better results. But if you try to spoil God’s plan then this interference will make you unhappy. You are spoiling already made plan. Have faith in what’s running around you.

Mostly people try to sort it out. Making efforts is good, but not there, where nothing in your hands. Another trick is when you stuck somewhere, just go for a sleep or nap. Try to relax you by using that methods which gives you relief and stress free hours.
When something changes then you will find it with time that thing you find good for you. 

Might be you saw so many people saying that thank god you save us from this and that. This is the same thing when it happens change in your life. You will know the value of that plan change after.

Don’t blame anybody even not you. As after you will see it’s good for you. Time is a very good healing balm for everything that is happening around you. Leave all worries and try to move on in your life. When you blame someone including you, it’s just become a curse for your coming days. Don’t Do that.

Whenever you see you are depressing just write down why you are in stress. Write down all the solutions that is good for you. When you write things then it’s very easy to find the accurate problem with solution. You know sometime we just start worry without any reason just of changes in our life.

For example: when you store water in one place for long time, then it’s been stink. You should change it regularly for more freshness. Same with life, you should make movements for progress in life. Else you can’t be successful like other people if you stick with same place and find comfort in that.

Try to change your comfort zone as often. This is also called mind snacks.

Now what is mind snacks.

When you do regular things with different ways.

Every day we follow the same routine. Even from years we are doing same things. So for that our mind needs a change. Even from years if you doing the same thing again and again then you can close your eyes and can do the same thing.

Suppose you are brushing your teeth’s every day with same hand from years, so now if you can close your eyes and do brush then it will be fine for your brain as its already daily routine.

Instead of that you have to give your mind snacks called food for mind. In that case if you brushing your teeth’s with right hand then you have to change into left hand now. So if you change your placing every time. It will be   a snacks for your mind. Whenever you do this your mind is more fresh and active.
If you see in past, if you can see yourself better rather than past, means you promote yourself by growth. But if your condition is worse than it seems you did not make movements towards life to be changed. Don’t be stale make your efforts. Change your place. Make good movements.

You will like the change if you make your positive effects on it.

There is an always this thing in business we can see in every business there is a quiet period. In this quite period everyone is just worried about their needs. In this age, so many expanses such as rent, groceries, bills and medical expanse just coming to your way. When your business is growing up then there is no problem but if there is a quiet period then it’s a problem for you.
It is a well-known fact that in every business there is a quiet period. You can’t think that every time your business will grow and it will remain busy. So for that you should make a business strategy. In this process you have to make some extra efforts. These efforts you have to put them in your business with full dedication.
For example, you are in retail business. Your business is running very well. You get your net margin and profit as well. But at one stage your business will be slow down for some time. This sometime called Quite period for business. Normally in that kind of circumstances people take stress in that depression they forget to try or explore new methods.

Method 1: -
When your business is blooming then you can just try to sell whatever customer demands. So you have to work more hard to give your store or business more attractive look. So this is peak season for every business according to the products. So in that season you can keep normal prices for your product. Sometime retailer just increases the price for their products if it’s in busy season. But this is very wrong thing, when people comes to buy sometime from you then they trust you for the quality and price. So in any circumstances you don’t need to do anything.  It will break your valued customers trust.
Keep the reasonable price so people will find you more honest and reliable in business or dealing with any product.


Method 2: -
In this stage, its mid of your business when its nearly any festive season coming. So you have to apply so many specials in your store. Keep in your mind before festive season people always do their shopping’s. So in your free time you should be very prepared for the coming season. So you can sell your products more quickly if your store is ready to grow.
Some People always try to do there festival shopping near the deadline. Then you have to keep ready for help them. Customers always find pampering if they like your staff behavior then they spend most time and money. But if they don’t like then they can leave bad feedback for you and it’s very bad for your store prosperity.

Keep the prices reasonable. Give customers more variety in things. Then they will attract more towards your store. Make your specials more visible to customer. Use some social media techniques to market your products.
These days we all have Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc. accounts which we can use it for marketing our products. These days everyone is on social media. They can see everywhere so you can post it too. Actually if you use social media for advertisement then it’s more effect rather than physically advertised. You will get more response quickly.



Method 3: -
In Quite time you can do one thing if your business is not busy start doing preparations for the busiest time coming ahead. So put some specials on your products if you doing this you can attract more customers. Else another way is doing your preparations for the coming season.  Divide your season into 3 parts:
1.    Preseason sale
2.    During season
3.    Post season sale

If you divide your sale season like this, you will be rock. Never ever worry about the quite time you are facing. Just give more attention to boom your ideas. Remember every problem have a solution. If God asks you to put something down, might be he is giving you any better.

Sometime the problem is so worse and it spoils out our whole money. So for facing these kinds of problems I got a solution here. Which I would like to share with you guys. So anyone can save their hard earned money.
So my first point is:


Eat healthy and stay wealthy
You should spend money for your quality food, where you can eat good vitamin foods such as vegetables, fruits, meat & nuts etc. Make a diet chart for you but before doing that, you should check with your dietitian about your food. But if it’s not possible to take advice from well-known technician then not a problem at all. Then you have to search your diet advantages by yourself. 


For that you have to invest your time first.
We are in Internet boom, so everything you want you can get it online. For that, you have to search on Internet which foods give you maximum good effects and benefits. Search all your list of food and then make your diet chart by yourself. You should be strict with your diet chart. As if you follow your own dietary habits then your health will be good and you will be healthy.


It’s well known phase that Healthy mind stays in Healthy body. When your body will be healthy then your mind is good and ready for all challenges. So there is less chances to be sick. When you aware about your mind and body you will be surprise that hardly you get any disease. This way you can save a lot more than expected, when you don’t need to spend on medical treatments and bills.


Food is always helpful for healthy mind and body. Due to lack of knowledge some people think that good food cost us more than normal. But its good Investment. If you invest on you then for long term you will get a lot for that.

Cosmetic Products

These days we are spending a lot more on cosmetic and on our look to give a good personality look. But honestly says these cosmetic products did not help me to get glow on my face or maintain my body properly. With good things there is always some bad effects of everything. “Every coin has two sided.”

So if you make your calculations then you will know about it that cosmetic bills cut your savings as well as your time. If you want to save from cosmetic bills and want to stay naturally healthy and beautiful then you have to follow the procedure to get rid of all money cutting habits.
These beauty products are not effective at all. The bigger price the bigger superstition you will get. The bigger cost the bigger effect is nothing. Try to use natural products. When we purchased an expensive product then it’s just our mind mentality as we buy it for a lot of money then we see effect according to mind perception. It’s just a fake look that we expected from the highly recommend and pricey product.


Whenever someone tell us that he/she got effected from that cream while using on face or body, then if we got similar problem we try to get rid of. So we buy that product and start using it, within 2 days we make this belief that we get improvement in our skin. But this is just our mind superstition, it’s not like that. So for me it’s just a money waste.

Disclaimer: I am not saying you should not buy expensive or skin body products but you have to use it wisely while making this choice to purchase.
According to me we should boost natural products. As there are a wide range of natural products available in market or with some basic   ingredients we can make our own. If we give a try to home based remedies (But always check on internet which ingredients have which property and what’s its effects on humans) is very essential here. 

We can create so many fresh products chemical free range of products, might be you know about that natural remedies takes time to give you effects. As its slow but its permanent.

Cosmetic will effect your skin but it’s not for forever. Other thing is when you try to use natural products it has very less side effects.
Increase the uses of natural products rather than chemical cosmetic you will see effect on your face and on your pocket as well.


These days everyone is trying to save some money, if you give attention to eating habits and products you are using in your routine you can save as much as you can earn from it.

Exercise or work out

When we eat healthy diet then it’s necessary for our body to do some exercise. If you can’t afford Gym, then you can do some simple exercises at home. If even you can’t do more exercises, then you can just go for a walk 15-20 mins only a day in morning and in evening too.

In morning do some stretching exercises. Don’t directly, wake up and go for your things. Always after wake up stretch your body parts. If you would like to know about stretching exercise you can search on internet there are heaps of options, you can go ahead with it.  It’s really easy to use it without expensive equipment.  You can use your home stairs to do some exercise. Or can jump simply in your garden.

Seriously, it will save a lot more expected.  Try to cook at home, occasionally, it’s good to go out for an outing from the busy life. But your preference will be homemade food always. In this way you can saves more.
