What is stopping you from doing anything you want to
 



Make an effort to search that how many things of your life are contributing to being the best version of the person you were born to be. There are a plenty of things that comes to your way of your journey to being successful person in life, but mostly people accept these things and become stock so they give up some time.

Moreover, if we can try to get the energy and time to work on one or two areas and with the help of accumulation, we will feel progressively more empowered, free and then we will able to influence life and be happy with NO EXCUSES that sometime stop us from doing the right thing.

    

ASSESS YOURSELF:
Make a list of options which you think makes you happy in your life:

                        
1. personal income and financial freedom,
2. personal achievement & passion
3. career and business progress on top
4- your family and friends: partner, siblings, friends and your children etc
S. your home and living circumstances
6. your spirit and sense of soul (this might be a bit religious)
7. your personal growth and learning new things
8. Time for yourself from the hectic life span
9. relationships, love and sex
10. Fitness and health (Most important)

There are some areas where you are not happy 😑

are likely the areas where your thoughts and actions might be the main problem. However, we are totally free and empowered when we get the courage to make the necessary changes to pursue happiness in all areas of our life. An area of life on the list that you could not score easily because you didn't see it as relevant somehow. I would suggest this is a very essential area where you will experience a lot of great benefits from any work you do.😃

You may have thought this was a business Coaching column - which it is - but here you can notice much of our work and business success is affected by how happy we are in the other areas of our life too. 

I have a business partner and Together we run a boutique coaching business. In addition, we attract a high proportion of female clients and we are committed to uncovering new options to help them to tap into their greatest value themselves. 

We offer a life and business planning day with an intent to unpackaged everything that isn't working well. We make this first step in helping them and work out where they can explore happiness. Where it didn't previously exist, allowing them to flourish and become unstuck in real life.

For your help & understanding you should work on yourself, in particular or in any areas that the 10 questions identified, I have given you the key to part of our tool box here.

To implement these steps it will all need patience, consistency, commitment and I suggest you personally that regularly measure your performance to get the best results.


 
 


 TOOLBOX:

 Learn what your "why" is by analyzing what motivates you and what criteria you use when making decisions. Do this by writing down the process you use for a dozen or so decisions in different areas of your life. Also, reading "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek will undoubtedly help you.

Yoga, meditation and a personal trainer are all things that will support and nourish your health, your heart and your soul When done in pursuit of “self" they will bring strength and resilience. 

Create a vision board that includes your aspirations, visual references of goals and motivational quotes. Sit with it and consider it every day for at least 5 minutes. It will assist with belief and focus.

Write journal every day. It will flush out fear and help you deal with risk.

Use a 90-day plan

for you and a separate one for your work. This helps you with clarity and regular strategic planning. This will also be the catalyst for action.

Read and research constantly to improve your understanding, intellectual and personal growth.

Create opportunities to spend time with people you like, be generals without expectation, communicate your love, needs and desires. Stay in touch with a wide group of existing contacts and search out new friendships.

Create time for yourself. If the only time yells are alone being in the toilet, make you your first priority.

Does a meditation for at least 15 minute a day, can feel the difference?

In Japan there is a famous rule they follow its known as kaizen.

With this rule you have to start your things from a small step and day by day you have to increase the quantity of it. So you don’t need to start from number 2 you can start anything from 0. So once you start doing that thing regularly. You can see the difference.  Always keep in your mind, small steps can pass the long ways.
